Join your Sensei and fellow students for an invigorating day that could include line-work, kata, self-defence training, and a few stories along the way. Here is your chance to see what happens at a Black Belt grading and join in the fun!
Wear regular work out wear in the morning and bring your gi and belt for the afternoon.
Please bring your own water bottle, lunch and towel.
Currently registered students 12 and up are welcome.
